Already in 1934, the first factory building was set up in Sulzbach/Murr and the mass production of window fittings was established.
In 1954, a even larger production site had to be constructed. This required moving the company to its location today in Mainhardt in the county Schwäbisch Hall.
The municipality of Mainhardt (Baden -Württemberg) lies in the midst of the region Heilbronn/Franken.
Today, the third generation family business is known for its Notter fittings for aluminum windows world-wide.
